- be responsible for selecting study sites and investigators in partnership with clinical operation
- be the leading physician and responsible of analyzing, interpreting and writing clinical study results in partnership with other key functions
- be a clinical science expert and supporting the regulatory filing and registration
- be a clinical science expert and leading discussions with regulatory officials on clinical science subjects of a given compound
- be the clinical science physician and providing consultation to clinical operation colleagues on protocol design questions and answering protocol related questions from site investigators

岗位职责：
-负责为在中国注册的新药制定临床发展战略和计划；
-负责与临床团队合作，选择研究地点和患者；
-作为主要医生，负责分析、解释和撰写临床研究报告；
-作为临床医学专家，为合规的档案和登记备案等相关工作提供支持；
-成为临床科学专家，主导与监管部门的关于临床科学主题的相关探讨；
-作为临床科学医生，为临床操作同事提供关于方案设计问题的咨询，及回答实验患者提出的相关问题；
-负责与中国专家的互动和沟通。
任职要求：
1.临床医学或相关专业背景，硕士及以上学历；
